Well first you need to find out what triggers the allergy to make decision. As you may already know T&N is made from Centripur-US certified foam and that means that the materials generally considered to be safe. However it does not mean that there are no toxic off-gassing, you can have a look to this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fewrtbz7hz4 but I do not recommend to pay lot of attention to it, as most of bed-in-a-box will perform in similar way. T&N is one of the most popular options and they have really good customer service so sending an email to them with your concerns might be helpful also.
